How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Start by visiting our Shop Art page and select the type of artwork you’d like. For customisable artworks like Personalised Ultrasound Art or Personalised Nursery Posters, choose your preferred size, colour, and other options, then add the item(s) to your cart. Next, proceed to checkout, where you can select your payment method and shipping preferences. Enter your shipping address and complete the payment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details, including a link to upload your ultrasound image(s). We’ll begin creating your artwork as soon as we receive your image(s). How long does it take to receive my artwork?
The processing and delivery times vary depending on the type of artwork you order: - For Personalised Ultrasound Art: Once we receive your ultrasound image(s), it normally takes 10-15 business days to create and dispatch your artwork. - For Personalised Nursery Posters: Your order will usually be dispatched within 5-10 business days after we receive your order details. Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose. - For Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - For Express Shipping: 1-2 business days Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location or unforeseen circumstances. Can I change my order details?
Yes, you can make changes to your order, but timing is important! For Personalised Ultrasound Art: If you’d like to swap the image, adjust the size, or change the colour, please email us at hello.kismethues@gmail.com along with your Order Number within 48 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes once the artist has started creating your artwork, which would occur after the 48-hour window. For Personalised Nursery Posters: You can request changes or add special requirements (e.g., add additional information) by emailing us within 48 hours of placing your order along with your Order Number. However, once the artwork has been sent to print, changes cannot be made. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before finalising your purchase. My ultrasound image is blurry, can I use it to still place an order?
Not sure if your ultrasound image is clear enough? No worries! Over the years, we’ve worked with many low-quality images and have consistently transformed them into beautiful artworks. You’d be amazed at the magic we can create! To see examples of our work, visit our Instagram @kismethues, where we showcase before-and-after transformations using a variety of image qualities. If you’re still unsure, feel free to email your image(s) to hello.kismethues@gmail.com before placing your order. We’ll review it and guide you on the best options, including which image to use or what adjustments we can make. We’re here to help you create something truly special!
What should I do if my discount code doesn't work?
We offer all new customers a 10% discount on their first order using the code KISMET10. This code applies to the total value of your initial purchase and can only be used once. Please note that the code is exclusively for new customers and will not work if you’ve previously placed an order with us. Can I make a special request for my order?
Absolutely! We’re passionate about creating artwork that’s as unique as you are. While we strive to fulfill all requests, some may require additional time or incur extra fees, depending on the complexity. Can I cancel my order and request a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the request is made within 48 hours of the purchase date. If you’d like to modify your order instead, please contact us within 2 business days. Please note that certain changes, such as size upgrades or additional customisations, may incur extra charges. Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds are not available for Personalised Ultrasound Artworks or Limited Edition Original Artworks after the 48-hour cancellation period has passed. For Customised Nursery Artworks, refunds are only applicable if there is an error in the displayed information (e.g., incorrect name, date of birth, etc.) caused by the artist. If you’re dissatisfied with your artwork or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello.kismethues@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Can I return my artwork after receiving it?
Our Personalised Ultrasound Art is an original, hand-painted creation, carefully crafted to transform your baby’s ultrasound image into a timeless watercolour masterpiece. While we strive for the highest quality and aim to exceed your expectations, please note that the interpretation and perception of art can vary from person to person. Due to the customised nature of these artworks, returns are not accepted. We encourage you to review examples of our work and ensure our style aligns with your expectations before placing an order. For Personalised Nursery Posters, we do not accept returns as they are custom-made to your specifications. However, in certain circumstances, we may offer a refund or arrange for a replacement. For non-personalised nursery artwork prints, you may request a full refund or return the item only if it arrives damaged. You may also cancel and request a full refund within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note that for all returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello.kismethues@gmail.com. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or send a replacement.
