Refund Policy:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase date. To request modifications to your order, please contact us within 2 buseinss days. Please note that additional charges may apply for certain changes, (e.g., upgrade artwork size). 

 

Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds are not available for sonogram artworks or original artworks once the 48-hour cancellation period has passed. Digital artworks may only be refunded if there is an error in the displayed information (e.g., incorrect name, date of birth and etc.) caused by the artist.

 

Returns Policy:
Sonogram artworks are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for any printed digital artworks. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund or arrange for a replacement digital artwork to be created.
