Due to the personalised nature of our products, digital birth poster may only be refunded if there is an error in the displayed information (e.g., incorrect name, date of birth and etc.) caused by the artist.

Returns Policy:
Printed digital birth posters are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund or arrange for a replacement digital artwork to be created.
